After being poisoned in 2023, Danika began to question the management of her father's estate. With no known enemies and the widow acting extremely suspicious, she felt compelled to take action.
She requested a hard copy of the trust but was denied this simple request by the firm responsible for the initial trust administration. As a beneficiary, she was entitled to receive an accounting within one year of her father's passing, and annually thereafter.
It wasn't until early 2024, over three years after her father's death, that Danika received what she suspected was a fraudulent accounting. She identified some initial discrepancies, but today- one stands out significantly. This discovery came following the passing of her son and family.
According to the document Danika received, the estate's assets began in a checking account at Bank A. These assets were then transferred to Bank B and placed into a trust account. From this trust account, the assets were supposedly disbursed to zero.
The assets changed banking establishment and account type— so, why do those two account numbers match perfectly?
That is not how banking works.
Danika reached out to the firm that handled the accounting of her father's estate, questioning the validity of the document she was sent.
The firm confirmed that they had no record of the document she received on file. Furthermore, it was revealed that the document was created out-of-office, and the CPA who prepared it had been retired for over two years.
Ultimately, the document she was sent was verified to be a fraudulent accounting. Danika was never sent an accurate accounting of her father's estate.

Danika has been requesting information as a vested beneficiary that she is legally entitled to.
This critical information has not been provided to her.
She has never received an accurate accounting, and the identity of the current Trustee remains hidden.
The trust fraud is undeniable.
