THE MOTIVES

Here we will list out the order of persons on the will (Danika has this true document) and the trust document (Danika does NOT believe the document she holds is the actual trust) pertaining to the estate in question. There are substantial issues with the trust document, it is not being honored as written.

However, this order of persons appears to be accurate and tracks with the chain of events.

We will also be detailing the motives to eliminate each party. 

The widow wishes to retain the full bounty of the estate to bestow upon herself and her own family; it appears she has already been doing that.

Danika is the last man standing.

MP - 1st up. The original Trustee when Danika’s father passed. Danika's father's good friend, recovery buddy, and CPA. 

We are uncertain about the exact timeline, but it seems this man may have been bumped off and replaced as well. 'MP' prepared a fraudulent accounting for Danika in early 2024. Actual MP would have never done anything so low. Danika grew up around him and his son, he was like a father figure to Danika and her sisters. He and Danika discussed recovery things, even after her father passing. 

If there was a bumping/replacement involved, it likely occurred before that fraudulent accounting document was created. This accounting has now been confirmed a dud by MP’s own firm. 

*'MP' passed away in late October 2025, the widow moves up one spot to becoming Trustee.

Aunt Jan, Danika’s father’s sister - 2nd up. If something happens to MP, Jan assumes leadership. A strong single mother, tough, a Montana realtor and huntswoman. 

Jan harbored a dislike for the widow. Her son, Danika’s cousin, conveyed this to Danika. Any undisbursed assets from the trust would revert directly to Jan. She would likely share some of this with her son and his wife. 

*Bumping off the aunt, the cousin, and his wife effectively eliminates that entire lineage from the estate, they no longer receive any undisbursed assets. The widow takes over as Trustee. 

Widow - 3rd in line. 

Danika believes her father set this up intentionally so the widow would only control minimal assets upon assuming the trustee position, if that ever occurred. By placing MP and Jan ahead of her in the trust document, it acted as a protective measure. 

Ohio Uncle and family - They would assume the trustee position if the widow became incapacitated. 

This branch of the family never favored the widow, as evidenced by a major blowout between the widow and Danika’s Ohio aunt the Thanksgiving following her poisoning in 2023. Danika’s Uncle died the following November in 2024. 

*Removing them altogether, with the widow as trustee, allows the widow to select her own successor and ultimately pass the estate to her three daughters when she dies.

Danika’s two younger sisters- If something happens to the widow, all her assets would go to them, rather than her own three daughters. 

The trust document clearly omits those three stepchildren. 

The widow has had it published in many  magazines that she intends to pass Danika's restaurant empire directly to her three girls. Additionally, one of the widow's daughters has been residing in Danika's father's home. 

*Eliminating Danika's sisters allows the widow to redirect their inheritance to her own three daughters instead. 

*While Danika's mother is not included in the trust, she is mentioned in the will, where she is named as the guardian of the children and their estate. The widow would assume this role if something were to happen to her. 

Danika’s mother came into substantial wealth with the passing of her husband in early 2022. She had been sending Danika kind and loving messages through April of 2023, just weeks before the poisoning incident. However, following the poisoning, her demeanor changed drastically, and she suddenly shunned Danika. 

We believe that the trip to Paris, (including the widow, Danika’s mother, and her two sisters), which was underway as Danika and her dogs were being poisoned, was the last time Danika’s mother saw her younger daughters. 

Shortly after, it seems she may have been sidelined in favor of other interests. Danika’s mother had a falling out with the aforementioned Ohio aunt and the widow during Thanksgiving 2023. Following this, she traveled to North Carolina to spend Christmas with family friends, who later observed that she seemed quite 'off.' They encouraged Danika to check on her mother, expressing concern over a noticeable cognitive decline. Danika's mother was 'not herself'.

Despite scoffing at the time, Danika attempted to reconnect with her mother at Christmas 2024, reaching out after the harsh words exchanged post-poisoning. She extended an olive branch, but received no response from her mother. 

Danika has been unable to contact either of her sisters or her mother. She is certain they are all deceased.

Widow- third in line as trustee and listed as a beneficiary. 

Danika’s son-  left a substantial college fund. An accomplice of the widow publicly claimed it was MORE THAN TWICE what is reflected in the trust document Danika holds. That trust document was thoroughly reviewed by Danika and Michelle (her son’s stepmother, now deceased). 

Michelle’s replacement, the accomplice, has made strong online statements that further prove she is a fraud/bad actor. Evidence of this can be found in ACT 4. 

*Bumping Danika's son off put that huge college fund up for grabs and ended the line of inheritance that would have come from Danika, as his mother.

Danika- Everything was supposed to be disbursed to her outright, it was not. It is painfully obvious that things have been concealed, highlighting the contentious nature of the estate management. This is why the widow’s Director of Operations sought Danika’s 'blessing' before taking over the oversight of the restaurant empire Danika’s father left behind. This is why the widow has pursued Danika with relentless vigor. 

Danika does not think her father would have entrusted the management of their restaurant empire to a former wine rep, which is what the widow was before rekindling her relationship with Danika’s father. Danika has far more expertise in restaurant operations than her father could have ever passed on to the widow during his final years. 

Having spent 27 years with her father, Danika learned from one of the best. In contrast, the widow was only involved in Danika’s father’s life for three and a half years during his decline and was married to him for just the last 16 months of his life. 

Danika is convinced her father would not have squandered his life’s work by assigning it to someone so incompetent. 

It wasn't until Danika got sober for the third and final time in 2022 that she began to question the circumstances surrounding her father's estate. Before that, she was lost in grief and alcohol, not questioning anything. 

The oddities only began to unravel after she was poisoned in May of 2023. With no known enemies, the widow’s suspicious behavior started to raise many questions. 

The widow continues to incriminate herself by being at the center of this entire tragedy. She is the orchestrator of the scheme and has weaponized the stolen assets of the estate to execute it.

*If the widow bumps Danika off, or has her placed somewhere and deemed 'insane',  she retains whatever she has stolen and there is nobody left to hold her accountable.

It is GREED - along with the stolen assets from Danika's father's estate that have fueled this entire tragedy. 

We cannot reiterate enough that the funding to orchestrate such an elaborate scheme has been and continues to be at the widow's disposal.
